We have various sized offices within our elegant Georgian building, as well as a large, well equipped boardroom available to hire. All offices are modern and have been newly refurbished. We also offer virtual offices for those who don’t need an actual office. Our virtual packages are tailored to suit businesses that may only require a prestigious mailing address of Edinburgh or professional telephone answering service.

Facilities

MEETING HOSTING

Our grand boardroom holds up to 16 people comfortably and is perfect for a variety of purposes such as meetings, presentations, out of hours training courses and lectures and is also suitable for more intimate meetings. We provide coffee, tea and water within the hourly or daily rate. Any other additional requirements, such as lunch or equipment hire, can be arranged by Reception Business Centre staff, who will be on hand to take care of your every need, before, during and after your meeting.

PA/ADMINISTRATION SERVICES

PA and administrative services are perfect for small businesses that may not have the budget for a full time PA, but require support on either a daily or hourly need. Whether you require regular letters and documents produced or have a tight deadline to meet and need extra hands on board, our fully trained staff can help ease your workload
